Hi, I’m Ericha!

I’m passionate about the transaction process and love being the steady, detail-focused support behind smooth, efficient closings. I believe in building trust with every agent I work with - because trust is the foundation of a great partnership, and you deserve someone who always acts in your best interest.

As a licensed real estate agent, I bring significant value to the transaction process. My industry knowledge allows me to anticipate issues before they arise, navigate complex details, and proactively keep your deals on track. My goal is to help you leverage your time so you can focus on income-producing activities while I handle the administrative load that slows you down.

Before becoming a Florida Realtor and Transaction Coordinator, I spent 20 years working in a fast-paced Level 1 trauma center, where I handled patient intake, coordinated schedules for more than 400 doctors, nurses, and administrative staff, and managed payroll. That environment sharpened my attention to detail, strengthened my communication skills, and taught me how to stay calm and organized no matter how chaotic things get.

Today, I bring that same precision, work ethic, and commitment to excellence to every transaction. Agents can count on outstanding communication, thorough documentation, and white-glove service at every step.

Outside of work, I stay grounded by spending time with my family, caring for my garden, reading at the beach, and volunteering - all things that keep me connected to the calm I love bringing into every transaction.
